I was refunded the charge i never should have gotten so thats legit. now they just need to work on there lower down customer service reps this review has nothing to do with Bobby and Steves they have been great, but catch alot of heat from dealing with these installations

I had arranged rides for day one, she came across town to pick me up right before shop called to say they couldn’t complete install with further wiring info. Next day they eventually figured it out on their own because no one from Intoxalock would respond. Ending up costing me an additional $80 from original quote. Mike was great on the day he was getting me to register with you, completely unhelpful and unconcerned with my dilemma from then on. Honestly, I feel a bit scammed. Follow up: Bianca, a customer service advocate has been in touch with me twice. She credited my account for the extra charges She was very helpful and expressed concern and apologies for my experience. Since the initial hiccups, all has been good.
