Their service was amazing, and they were incredibly accommodating with switching my car and handling the drop-off. They made a difficult situation so much easier. I specifically spoke with Caleb multiple times and he worked with me to swap out one of my rentals when it was having issues. Thank you very much to the team that works at the Bloomington Enterprise!
- KKKIMBERFeb 5, 20263.0It was a good experience I needed the car for 5 hours they came and picked us up the main problem I had was I let them choose the car because it was the cheapest option and I only needed it for 5 hours and the steering was very hard to do like it needed power steering fluid and the kicker is that it was the car he drove to pick us up in so he knew it needed it but yet he still chose to let us drive it because again it was HIS choice (I cant say it enough) but all in all it did get us to our destinations and back and they were very professional.
