- TTToddApr 1, 20265.0Went to the Valvoline oil change on University Ave Blaine. I waited 45 min Patiently in my lane #1. X fnity lift truck in front of Me. I waved 2 other vehicle in lane 3 & 4, to go ahead of me.They thanked me. I had no issue waiting. I had a issue with the employees screaming "Whoa Woah" 10 times when I was the only customer getting a oil change. It echoed. I believe it was the manager with the stroller and possibly 2 very young kids, Told said employees to quite down. They all laugh and continued to scream "Whoa Woah" The young lady who serviced me gets a 10 star. That being said, I am still giving a 5 star.

The next day, the service engine light came on, the service parking brake light began to flash on and off, the all-wheel-drive light begin to flash on and off. He took it back to them to see if they could check it just to make sure they didn’t bump something during the service. They refused and said I needed to take it somewhere else. Absolutely a claim through their customer care team who also wants me to take it somewhere else to get a check to see if they are to blame. If they are then they’ll pay the bill. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
