  Worst experience I ever had with enterprise!!! First that gave me a car that was loud, shaking while I drove it felt like I was going to break down. Went to trade it in and they sent me 2 hours out of my way in Fort Dodge Iowa. When I returned the car they told me there was a crack in the front bumper which I was told by fort dodge it was marked in their end obviously it wasn’t. And now they are trying to go after me for the cracked bumper! Never again! Everyone I have spoken to has been very rude!

  Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, and the entire process, from picking up the vehicle to returning it, was quick and smooth. The vehicle was clean upon pickup and fully fueled. There were no issues while driving; the ride was smooth and very comfortable throughout. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend their service.
