I could not get the drain plug off it was in pretty tight, and was starting to strip the bolt. I aske the tech. working if he could loosen it, I was willing to pay. He said he would in about 10 mins or so. Not only did he loosen it up for me. He gave me an used good condition bolt to replace the old one. He said he had it lying around. I do believe his name was Andrew. I know where I am going to get my other fluids change on my vehicle. You don't find that kind of service everyday. If any day.

I was told "No plow last night and they won't come until we close today" I attempted 3 times to get grip then was asked by employee if I could put it into 4 wheel drive. Nope 2 wheel only. They said they can't touch the car if I get stuck - that's fine but perhaps shovel so people can get and pay for oil changes.... Rediculous.Squeegee the floor but can possibly shovel so cars can drive in. Smh!
