- ABAndy Bungert4 days ago4.0Andrew, Lyndsey and all the staff are great! The problem is the P.O.S. system for running cards (I have to check tomorrow to verify I wasn't double charged, and I was slow as molasses), ink running out on the mileage sticker printer (partially handwritten number), out of oil for other vehicles (just heard it in passing while there) and I guess the oil guns/system aren't calibrated quite right so they had to pull an extra 0.3 or so liter that was in my car. Valvoline corporate MUST TAKE CARE OF THEIR BUSINESSES AND EMPLOYEES SO THEY CAN OFFER THE QUALITY SERVICE THEY WANT TO! One employee said sorry I don't know how many times and I knew that none of it was ultimately their fault. What a crappy feeling knowing that you're trying to strive for good service, but everything your facility and systems allow you to do is subpar at best.
