The quality of the repairs was excellent and what really stood out was the communication. He communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure we always knew what was happening with the car. He communicated with our insurance adjuster and kept us updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to handle (: It's rare to find a shop you can truly rely on and after two experiences in a short time, I can confidently say Top Line Auto Body is one of them. Highly recommend!
