- SASarah Anderson1 day ago1.0I really thought this was a good place, but the cars don’t get washed well. On top of that, it leaves a lot of scratches that are clearly noticeable, some of them deep, and the wash from the premium plan leaves the car dirty. The drying system feels like it’s going to tear the whole car apart, and in the end, it still comes out dirty. I do NOT recommend this place; they really need to improve.

The staff at Tommy’s Car Wash in Blaine are unprofessional, and the manager seems indifferent to customer complaints. Issues such as non functioning vacuums and machines that leave scratches on vehicles are frequently reported, yet no action is taken. Additionally, if you cancel a service at the location, it is not properly cancelled, which can lead to unpleasant surprises. Overall, the service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this car wash, Opt for a no-touch, there are many options in the area. ⚠️⚠️🚫🚫⚠️⚠️

- RRRoxxstarFeb 14, 20263.0Used the free coupons on both my vehicles, a compact car and a truck. BOTH had the front area by the bumper and license plate still covered in dirt and salt. I even tried to come in really slow but it still came out filthy. I would never pay to come here when my vehicles are coming out dirty that i have to try and wipe down at home. A gas station car wash does better than this. Please try to angle the front water sprays or figure something better to help clean the very front of vehicles or else your going to lose business.
