  We’ve been using Tommy’s for over a year now, and I can say with complete confidence: this is a business that genuinely values its customers. They are remarkably consistent at going above and beyond every single visit. I travel for a living, and in the summer the front of my car becomes a graveyard for a million bugs. The team at Tommy’s doesn’t wait for me to ask—they spot it right away, give the front end a pre-spray, and if the wash doesn’t get everything, they don’t hesitate to send me back through. Beyond that, they’re always checking in after the wash, asking if I need anything, and often offering to wash my mats while I vacuum. It’s the small, intentional touches that leave a big impression. But what keeps me coming back isn’t just the great service—it’s their commitment to the community. They walk the talk. From food drives, to Tunnel of Terror events with proceeds donated, to offering free washes on weekends when they could easily cash in… they consistently put people before profit. That’s rare. And yes, I believe much of that comes from their faith. I don’t need my car baptized weekly, but it’s refreshing to see a business unapologetically rooted in Christian values—and you can clearly see the impact on the young workforce in how they treat their customers. There are a thousand car wash options on every corner these days, and I dare anyone to try Tommy’s and not notice the difference immediately.

  I came in for a wash today and they did an excellent job. The staff were friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. My car came out looking spotless inside and out. Very satisfied — I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place!

  This is a great car wash. It gives a great wash and dry. I love you can vacuum and dry off your car there and the staff is extremely friendly.

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Tommys Express! The kiddos and I love coming here to get the car cleaned. The staff are always incredibly friendly; and ready to serve. One of my favorites about you guys is that it's so quick, literally no waiting! Then, pull around to the back to vacuum, and take in that KTIS!! PS - To the man that always had a fist bump ready for my son as we pulled in THANK YOU! You always made his day. He still has the ear plugs you gave him from the brief tour you took him on. He wanted me to tell you that he says hi

  Just signed up for another membership because we were so pleased with this wash , but took my truck there to get a membership on this one , and this is the results after I dried it , and ran thru a second time . Not very pleased. No one is guiding you in , I folded my mirrors in the second time the wash forced them out , the track is going way too fast . You advertise a 3 minute wash but cars are flying thru. I called to let the staff know , and the kid said they are able to slow the track down , and then I asked why they don’t have someone guiding cars in he says depends on how many people are on staff but I think I counted at least 4 people on staff 2 inside and 2 outside. The older gentleman that was on the exterior side was very pleasant , and said to run thru again, then came and checked on me and I showed him the stuff it missed the second time , he said it shouldn’t have missed that and they have the ability to slow down the track . He apologized . He even took my mats inside to wash them for me . In return I purchased one of the gift bags they were selling for a charity event. I was also told by the young man I spoke to on the phone I will give the wash another chance but wasn’t very happy or pleased . He said manager is in during the week. Hopefully next time things are different I get they got a lot of cars going thru but crazy how the results from one wash to the next wash on a different car totally changed . I will see how my trial of the months go to see if I will consider extending the wash service . I will update when I am able to .
