    I always rent with Enterprise, and this small branch office gave me another reason why. I was renting a car from the Eau Claire branch after my personal vehicle was totaled in an accident, and they let me return the rental here, and then one of the staff here gave me a ride to the dealership where I had purchased a new vehicle. Then later, I realized that I had left my garage door opener remote in the rental car, and they found it for me! Very friendly and professional staff at this location.

    There was a small delay getting my reservation, however, the staff compensated me for the delay, offered me water and a place to wait. I do not expect that to be the norm and suspect it was a one off situation. Everyone was enjoyable to work with

    Rented a mid suv from this location for 2 weeks. Worked with 2 team members and both were amazing. Explained the car functions and their contract well. I would definitely chose this location if I ever need a rental again.

    I had an excellent experience with the Blaine Enterprise location. On the day before a major holiday, I had an accident and needed a rental. The office was very busy and understaffed but the gentleman working was kind, patient, and gave me the time needed to get me set up. Since my insurance made the request, the paperwork was all ready, making the whole process smooth and efficient.
