There were three people there and one kid literally just would look at the computer and pace in front of the cars. There were two other guys running around trying to do everything while this kid literally did NOTHING!!! It is so frustrating being inside the bay for almost 45 minutes for a “pump and dump” oil change while he did nothing but get his steps in for the day. I was going to get a full oil change and new wipers as well but I didn’t know how much longer I would’ve been in there. So I tried to pay and ended up paying full price because the same kid had no idea how to get my military discount and I didn’t want to interrupt the guy that was actually doing something. SMH!! If the kid is new, he needs more training. I’ve never had anything but good experiences with this facility. Please take that kid off of the floor.

Especially with the world today, there is so much pain. These guys took that away from me for a few minutes today, during a freakin' oil change of all things! I hope they have tremendous success in their lives, they sure deserve it. Also, I think it is really amazing and important that you let your associates be who they are, and sport awesome hair. Keep it up and so will I, spread joy!
- LLLisaJan 29, 20262.0I’ve usually had good service here, but my most recent visit was frustrating. I waited in line for over an hour, even though there were only two cars ahead of me and one behind me. I had an hour and a half available and came in specifically for an oil change, which is advertised as taking about 15 minutes. When it was finally about to be my turn, an employee came out and asked me to back up and move into the other lane, essentially switching places with the car next to me. I had been waiting about 10 minutes longer than that vehicle, so I assumed I would be given priority. Instead of continuing to wait after that, I backed up and left. It was frustrating to have my car running and sitting there for an hour with no service completed.
