  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this collision and glass shop, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. From the beginning, communication was poor and completely unorganized. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates, and even then, the information I received was inconsistent and unclear. For a job they estimated at over $5,000, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and coordination. The most disappointing part was their refusal to proceed with repairs due to an issue with my interlock device—specifically not having an extra mouthpiece. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution or clearly explaining requirements ahead of time, they abruptly turned me away after wasting my time. This could have easily been communicated upfront and avoided altogether. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unwillingness to accommodate or problem-solve made this a terrible experience. When you’re dealing with expensive repairs, you need a shop that is professional, transparent, and customer-focused—this was none of those things.

  Brought my truck in after smashing the tailgate, they quoted me $4,000 for a new tailgate and install. I then went to Foley Collision Center where they quoted me $1800 for the exact same thing. Very sad to see what was a great local business get ruined by new ownership.

  Professionals! Rick and his guys know what they are doing, my car came back looking better than the day I bought it, fast too! Plus they do oil changes and are very quick on those as well! Stop by if you have a ding, or dent or if you just need an oil change.
