  The short: amazing work from a knowledgeable team that won't guess at a fix. They provide service grounded in integrity and hard work. The long: my issue started on a Friday morning and I was calling around after my main mechanic couldn't get me in till a week later. Legacy squeezed me in that day and had my water pump diagnosed as the problem, replaced the same day. I had my truck back before they closed. When I picked it up I had a new battery alert that popped up on my way home. It sat through the weekend and I dropped it off Monday morning with the vague description that my battery light gave me a very strong alert. I spoke with them halfway through the day and they were still trying to diagnose it, thinking it could be a finicky alternator. They pushed on with diagnosing the problem and not guessing that it was the alternator. Best case scenario happened and it was a fuse issue known to Ford trucks that overheats and melts the fuse. I had two options, replace the fuse and likely have the issue happen again or they install a part that relocates the fuse to a safer location. All in all it came out lower than quoted and much lower than my expectations. They are now my preferred mechanic in the area.

  So I like the as guys there honest I when in with to mane issues one has been fixed all the way as for as I can tel I have been driving it for a week and no limp mode so that's good the second was my windows we all not working the got them halfway but not fully fixed they said the were so I will be going calling then next week and see what they say but other then that there are very nice guys I will most likely be using them again. We brought it back in for problems with the window switches, and he replaced the switches for $150. Now they all work and my wife is happy.

  I had had the low beams on my 2000 GMC 3/4 ton fail with only high beams working. I am from Texas and visiting for a short while. My brother called the shop and explained the problem and urgency of repair. I was able to get in the next day. Alex diagnosed and fixed the problem: broken wire from steering column multi-function (Hi-low dimmer, wipers, cruise control) switch. Replaced part, tested and I was on my way back to TX in two hours. Got some great wiper blades too. Very satisfied with service and cordial atmosphere.
