There is no communication at all with this company. The machine is very hard on the battery as well. And I'd like to know how they think it is safe when you live in cold states to not be able to warm up your vehicle before you drive it.. no one wants to sit in a car at 30+ below to let a vehicle warm up! I wouldn't have even given it a 1 star!!!
