- JFJoshua FlowerMar 23, 20261.0This car wash used to be good. The rinse nozzle broke one day and only sprayed on one side. It cracked my windshield. The gm and regional manager says that's to bad. They wont take responsibility for what the machine did. Tried to say there is a disclaimer about windshields. Which I guess is fine if your machine wasn't broken!!! Bottom line is these managers dont care about you or your vehicle. I suggest going to any other careash. Hopefully there is good people working at them!! Got that automated responce. Says owner but its a computer. Called and that's what the person told me. Sent another email to the regional manager. Who doesn't care about any damage on your cars. Look at the reviews and see how many cars have been damaged with no responsibility taken by this manager. They say there is nobody above him. What a shame they put someone like him in charge.
