- VSVi SoFeb 6, 20261.0Piece of my trim came loose and blew off due to the high powered fans. I saw when it came off and told the staff member and she said to leave my contact information with them and when they do their sweep after closing they will get it…… Never heard from them. When I visited there again and asked about it the same staff said “yes we found it, the manager tried calling you…” That’s a plain lie, I had no missed calls from their number, no voicemail, no text messages…. If you really want to get a hold of someone you would. When I ask what they did with it, she said it was no longer in the storage area. Here’s the deal, I’m not mad or upset about the part getting blown off… it’s the lying that is not ok. Terrible service/support!
