  I rented a car because it was going to take a month to fix my car. I gave them my credit card for the deposit and got in the car and left. Well they used the deposit card to pay the bill and I still had the car. I got a call they needed another card and I don’t get there until the second day but I got a threatening message on my voice mail if I didn’t get in and pay. So first I call then I go over there and the 2 cards I brought will me were told no to even though they had plenty of money on them but they didn’t have a chip. So I was so angry by this time because they were told how long it would be to get the car fixed so why the last week is it a problem. So I drove home got my other chip card I didn’t want to use and drove back paid the 120.00 that was owed and told them to stick the car were the sun don’t shine and Uber’s home. Kim

  Emma Weber at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Apple Valley was great to me when I had to use a rental car as my car was being fixed. She made sure I got into a car that fit into my families lifestyle. I spoke with a couple of other employees while waiting and they were all great - very professional but made the experience as fun and enjoyable as it could be.

  Easy on-phone inquiry & reservation...friendly staff at Apple Valley, MN pick-up & Overland Park, KS drop-off...staff used pleasant expressions like "Perfect!" & "Cool Beans!"
