But when I recently had a problem that arose, to say the manager Jimmy went above and beyond is an understatement. While you could get an oil change and basic car services anywhere, why not go somewhere where the staff actually seem to care and provide true customer service. Definitely come to the Apple Valley location for your next service and you won't be disappointed!
- MJMindy JensenNov 6, 20251.0Been using them for years. However the last 2 changes have gone way down hill. One time the didn’t close the hood and it flew open on the highway. Not to bad of damage. The last time they stuck a tube down to change my oil and didn’t go underneath didn’t change the filter. I tell them every time that the plug and seal needs to be replaced. That didn’t happen. Got home and oil all over my driveway. I took it back they looked at it and they said it was coming out of the top of my engine and to take it to a mechanic. So I took it to a mechanic. They said the plug and seal didn’t get replaced on the last oil change and and the filter was dirty. They said I was right when I told them what was wrong. Paid more money to fix that! That was the problem and paid more money for someone to do it correctly. This is not the first time if had this problem with any valvoline I’ve had the same problem and issue was fixed by them! This manager over looked it like it’s a me issue! I think they are too quick to get people in and out without actually looking at the issues and quick to make a buck! Take your car to a regular mechanic instead of an 15 minute oil change! Will not use this again as I paid more money to fix the problem instead of them listening to their customer.

I explained to the manager on duty Jimmy that I called before coming and was quoted a price and ge said there is nothing at all he could do and that if I cant afford it I should get going. It was double the price not just a few extra bucks. I won't be back to valvoline ever again.

Mars was helpful in making sure that I new where my cabin air filter is located and check in to make sure it was a good level. They always do a quick and great job on my oil change and tire pressure to would definitely recommend this location
