  I love how friendly the team is whether I’m coming in to get a wash or just driving by. The friendly smile and wave means a lot to people everyday. The staff is constantly keeping the facility clean inside and out. It makes a big difference on how it feels when you drive your vehicle through. People pay a lot for their cars and want to feel secure in the place we bring them. Thanks for a great experience

  I purchased a platinum member plan here and it’s really annoying that the sticker never works for me. They say it’s something to do with my windshield the way it was made or something along those lines but every time I pull up I gotta wait for somebody to come out and scan my vehicle and enter the info that’s not really their fault but it’s so annoying. The wash itself is nice. It puts tire shine on it. Does everything I do like it. My problem with the places I bought this platinum membership and now my car has been in the shop for two weeks and I pulled in and asked if I could run my loaner through one time and he says no no we don’t do that. OK well everything I’ve read online about your business. Says that you do. I’m not gonna stand there and argue with you but you know you can’t let me run my car through the wash one time I paid for a membership, I can’t use For two weeks because my car is in the shop. I’ll be canceling my membership after this first month and I’ll find somewhere else there’s a bunch of these going up elsewhere under different names. There’s the bubble barn and what not I’ll try one of those and maybe they have a better service.

  I was disappointed by my recent visit to Apple Valley. As a Titanium member I am used to my car coming out with minimal water left over after the dry. There was a significant amount left, and some of the services barely considerably weak. Multiple rinses were weak and the mirror rinse didn’t even touch my paint, much less my mirrors. What’s more was the state of the equipment cleanliness. The wheel polish looks foggy, the titanium is turning white, and the arches are turning black. I’ve seen this location go up and down over the years, but I’m sorry to say this is the worst condition I’ve seen it in personally so far. Just disappointed.

  Just a FYI and sharing my experience since I’m not sure what’s the exact cause. If u have a FWD Volvo S60, please be cautious. The conveyor failed to pull my car through the tunnel twice. First time my car was bumped with another girl’s car and caused paint damage. No big deal since it was nothing major. The store employee assisted me to file the report but manager declined the reimbursement. Today I had my husband in car with me and recorded me not touching anything but somehow it still failed to pull my car and I had to honk to avoid the potential crash. I’ve been using Mister car wash since I got my very first vehicle and have all of my cars go here for the car wash. I haven’t experienced any issue with my other vehicles going thru the car wash here tho. Will bring this particular vehicle to self service hand wash now hhh😅
