- SBS BDec 24, 20251.0Rented a car while ours was in the shop. We drove it to family's house 45 minutes away for a Christmas celebration and one time to McDonald's. Aside from that, it sat in our private driveway. They had the audacity to call and say they found a dent (we inspected the vehicle THOROUGHLY before we drove it out of their lot and before bringing it back). My guess is one of the employees hit something while moving it and thought hey, why not try to blame the previous renters because how ironic they found NOTHING when we looked over it together. It was over 24 hours after we brought it back that they "found" said dent. Don't risk renting from here and IF you do, get their little $30/40 damage protection because that's the ONLY thing that saved us from having to pay for their own property damage. Also note whatever vehicle you reserve, you most likely won't get. Why it's displayed as available yet when you book it but you get there and magically it's gone? Never again darkening the doors and suggesting others steer clear as well
