The only improvement I'd suggest is less focus on the "add on products" at the end of the sales process. These are generally high-margin products that have LOTS of financial value to the Dealership, and do no always represent a good value for consumers.

I brought my 2020 Lincoln Corsair to get serviced for faulty tire pressure sensors and two other smaller fixes. From the first appointment we had told Brian we purchased the extended warranty and wanted to clarify everything was covered, to which he replied yes I see it in the system. I was then wrongfully charged $234, AND they had not fixed one of my tire pressure sensors. So we brought it back in again and stated with our printed papers our warranty covered the previous service. He then began to belittle us, was condescending, showed no respect or remorse, was arrogant and didn’t want to get off his high horse to admit he was wrong. When we had the papers to prove. We told him we will gladly take our service else where and that that was a horrible first time experience. He just sat there and stared. Would not recommend and we are blown away that he treats customers that way. Ridiculous. Still never got a refund.

Unfortunately the Nautilus I leased in 2024 was hit while it was parked by a distracted driver with no insurance. My car was a total loss. I contacted Aliesha and she worked with management to assist me with a loaner and helped ease the stress of finding another car. She was empathetic regarding the loss of my car that only had 16,000 miles and honest in how the dealership could help me purchase another Nautilus. I just purchased another Nautilus and working with both Aliesha and James greatly lessened what has been a very stressful month. I highly recommend Aliesha as a great person to help find the right Lincoln for you!

Our salesperson Mathew Hentges, was great- he answered all of our questions and addressed every concern with a completely pressure-free approach. He made the entire process pleasant and straightforward. We highly recommend Mathew and the Apple Valley Lincoln team to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
