  I drove an hour to see a ford fiesta car and I test drove it the guy was on his phone texting the entire test drive and just kept saying this is one nice car and ignoring anything else I was saying. He had me park next to my car and was more interested in what I was trading in then discussing the car I was looking at. I wanted to know if I qualified to purchase the ford fiesta this is not an exaggeration I waited 1.5 hours to get a yes or no answer if I was financially approved for the car and the only reason it was 1.5 hours is because I went up to someone and told them to tell him I’m leaving they said I’m not approved but we looked into all these other vehicles you are approved for. One I didn’t want or ask to get a diff vehicle. Two I made it very clear I just want a yes or no if I’m approved. So they should have not been spending all this time researching other crap. I got there at 2:30 and left at 4:40. The people next to us had the same thing happen they were there when we got there etc The sales persons name was Ryan. Highly do not recommend buying from this place

  This is my first Lincoln. Matt was super helpful explaining everything I could do and set up on my new vehicle. He made sure everything was connected and that I understood the basics before I left. I would highly recommend Matt and Apple Valley Lincoln.

  We had such a great experience at this dealership! Aliesha, our sales consultant was awesome, along with James, the finance manager. We super appreciated the casual environment, with zero high pressure sales tactics.
