  I am very pleased with the customer service Mr. Matthew Hentges provided during my search for a fitting vehicle that would serve my needs. He is a very patient, kind, gentle soul who went an extra mile with his team to find me the truck that I actually needed, which I eventually fell in love with. These words that I am writing just represent a review statement of Matthew's performance during my dealings at the Apple Lincoln Leadership in Apple Valley but, his relentless, gentle and kind attitude resonates more to me with respect and hospitality until this very moment. For this reason, I did feel very welcomed at the dealership and I am very excited to introduce Apple Lincoln to anyone who expresses their interest to me in purchasing an automobile.   Apple Lincoln is the best car dealership I have ever worked with. They are wonderful from top to bottom. Gold star service from the time of purchase through service and beyond. James, Justin and all the other staff are beyond wonderful. Highly recommend!

  I recently tried to purchase a 2018 Tesla Model S from Apple Valley Lincoln. The salesman, Kaveaun, told me the car was available and I agreed to purchase it over the phone for their listed price plus the $350 documentation fee and applicable taxes/registration. I called back less than one hour later to confirm what time I would arrive to complete the purchase and was told someone else was test driving the vehicle and that “in-person deals override phone deals,” and the car was suddenly no longer being held for me. I reminded him that we already had a verbal agreement in place and so the sales rep, Kaveaun, told me their manager would call me “in the next 5 minutes” around 4:30 PM and despite following up twice and leaving a voicemail with the general manager it took 23 hours for one to finally reach out and the manager said it sold that morning which was all the more frustrating. For a dealership that advertises itself as Minnesota’s best-selling Ford dealer it feels like their success might come from selling cars out from underneath other buyers rather than honoring commitments.

  We purchased a used car under $10K with Apple Lincoln and had an excellent experience! We were treated with as much attentiveness, professionalism, and a welcoming approach when buying a lower-priced used car as we would have been purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle. Our sales representative Ka'Veaun Jones was absolutely stellar! He took so much time with us, he was so personable and engaging as a person, and he knew the Ford and Lincoln products well. We will most definitely recommend Ka'Vaeaun to friends and family. Another special shout-out to Becca Coto (finance) and Max (trade value appraisal). They were both so professional, personal, and relatable. The entire car-buying process was excellent in the care of these employees.
