- LMLily Mitchell2 days ago2.0Staff were amazing and tried their best. However the wait time is outrageous and the time of the oil change itself definitely isn’t instant. Or even close to it. Management is clearly dropping the ball in this location. There way understaffed so it’s no fault of their own but if you can go to another one I would recommend.

- KRKayla RunningFeb 15, 20261.0Worst location. I’ve been bringing my vehicles in to valvoline for years at other locations but recently moved again and the closest one to me was this one. The refused to honor a coupon listed on their own website. I will be switching companies which is a shame after so many years getting my vehicles serviced with the company. A family friend suggested another nearby instant oil change placed called “Take 5” and said they have been going there for a while and they always honor their discounts. Ridiculous to be losing a customer over a coupon especially when it’s one listed on your company’s website not like a random source.
