- JMJeremy Meyer1 day ago1.0Impact drills for oil changes are not a good idea, I cannot believe they allow their employees to use impact drills for any reason. Got there at 1:15pm did not get into the bay until 2pm also said it would take 15 min it’s now been 45 min.

They were so nice and helped me out after closing time after a different Valvoline had left a very visible hose unplugged in my engine just earlier in the day. They took extra time out of their night to help me when they absolutely did not have to, to fix a problem they did not cause and were so kind to my mother and I. It makes me want to only go to this location because I know I can trust the employees to work thoroughly and also be compassionate about the people who’s cars they are servicing. There’s not enough thanks in this world that I could give to explain how grateful I was to them for all that they did.

- JTJudy ThompsonNov 12, 20251.0don't go here. they won't check your fluids or air filter. you pay 140 dollars for an oil change with those checks included. but they don't check them. if you try and confront the supervisor about it, they just lie and say the checks were done and lie some more. and if they lie about that how do you know they will change your oil properly? avoid.

They worked quickly while making sure everything was done right and explained what they were doing along the way. Excellent customer service and teamwork — I really appreciated how respectful and knowledgeable they were. Highly recommend this location and the team! I was super concerned about my battery and They checked my battery and told me everything passed. They also checked the alternator and that passed. Thank you all!! They deserve a raise!!
