- BGBen Glowacki6 days ago1.0I have spent the last 3 days looking at how scratched up my hood and roof of my suburban is, The car wash general manger Jenny said at first she could see the damage on video but then anfter calling back 5 times she asked me to come in so she could see it in person. So I brought it in and she thought and explained it looks like its oxidation. You can clearly tell they are scratches everywhere and damage…. Beware mister carwash is only good until they have to stand behind their quality and customer care!!!!!

There was one worker in particular though that was very friendly and helpful to me when i was there, his name Erick. He greeted me right away when i was there and when asked to spray my car he did it without hesitation, as well as asking how my day was when i rolled my window down to ask to get my car sprayed. Definitely would come back again just for the great experience i had at this location.

The pride they take from making sure everyone has a great experience is truly admirable and I will keep coming back to get my car washed in the future. Our household has four titanium monthly passes and if it wasn’t for her and her attention to detail, customer service empathy, and realism, we would have moved onto a different wash years ago!
