  Super friendly employees. Good wash, ok dry, I usually have to go over it with a cloth. Vacuum has good suction. Love the price for unlimited wash.

  They work discouraged and don't do all the work, so you end up with the car badly washed. I made use of their service at 3201 Round Lake Blvd NW, I paid for the washing of my car but it is different from other car Wash of their chain since in them they use a pressure hose prior to entering the car wash tunnel, and here they did not do it there was a work without encouragement and desire, I managed to make signs of why they did not use the pressure hose since they started the washing and direct entry, and with my gestures they did it unwillingly and only in the back. You ask to talk to the manager, who looks at you and never approaches to ask what you need.

  It's an okay car wash but the staff no longer sprays my car with the pre-wash to loosen up the dirt before the rotating brushes take over the job. The car does not come out near as clean as it used to when it was Top Wash. They would always spray the vehicle down with a pre-wash from the wand. That no longer is a part of the cleaning process. Bummer!!! The reason why I gave you a 1-star rating is how crappy you respond to your customers who have complaints. I took about an hour reading all of the reviews here and your reply is always the same. You put the monkey on the back of your customers to "call or email your customer care team to resolve the issue". That way, your responsibility to resolve the issue is DONE from your perspective, until/if the customer takes the time to call you guys. It should be your responsibility to reach out to your customers and proactively strive to resolve issues. YOU SHOULD CALL THEM! You should NOT put the monkey on the back of your customers to reach out to you for resolution. All of your replies to negative reviews are exactly the same. "Call/email our customer care team". Most of the reviews seem to be from customers who are on your unlimited wash plan. This means you have their name and contact information. A service company such as a car wash should have better management. DON'T PUT THE MONKEY ON THE CUSTOMER'S BACK! Reach out to them! Treat them like valued customers. Those who gave you bad reviews are serious about their bad experience! At least show them you care! I'm going to cancel my monthly membership in this place. It was good when it was Top Wash but it has gone downhill since Mister Wash took it over. Seeya! 😔

  Quick easy car wash. However the quality isn't what it used to be. Its close and convenient for me. I still utilize them as its a good wash but not 5 star.

  The kid spraying the front of the truck seemed very disinterested-sprinkled the front a little and went back to leaning on the wall . $24 wash : front of truck was still dirty with dry bugs , back of truck still muddy, came out and wasn’t dry either. Will never go here again. Already don’t vacuum there , because the tip of the vacuum scratches the mats.
