- JMJoe MarcellaDec 27, 20251.0Do not go to this store. Go to O’Reilly’s they will take care of you the right way. 2 times in a row they have made simple things an absolute hassle!! First time i went in there. I brought windshield wipers up to the counter to buy them and they charge me $5 more than the tag on the shelf. I point out their mistake and they tell me they haven’t changed the tag on the shelf yet. And there is nothing they can do. That they are just too busy to get to putting the correct price on the shelf. I was the only customer in the store and there was 2 of them working. And that I either pay the extra money or pick something different. Then I came back a couple days later to get windshield wiper for a different car. (The changed the prices on the shelf now). They tell me which wipers to get. I bought them and went home. When I tried to install them they wouldn’t fit. So my wife went back up there with the receipt to find out what the problem is. They said oh we gave you the wrong wipers. But we can’t exchange them unless we have the original card you bought them with. So they won’t exchange them for the correct ones. They create this total hassle of having to drive home to bring the card and go back up to there. The people or the store has no idea what they are doing and cause total problems with just simple things!!! Update just tried the new wiper they sold me and this one doesn’t fit either!!!!!

Nancy not only assisted with a selection of what wiper blades to get but she showed how to install them. Excellent service and Nancy went above expectations.

This woman literally walked away from helping me and went to the back? I'm standing at your counter ready to check out/pay. Door chimes 2 to 3 customers walk in. I'm still waiting no one around hearing movements in back of a few employees. The woman helping me comes out after 5 minutes and starts helping others. Finally she decided to ring me out and seemed clueless I was even in the store. I politely told her I'd go elsewhere for my parts She seemed happy I relieved her. Point being terrible service. A Lost sale is lost revenue. This was my 2nd experience like this in 2 months with the same person. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice see ya.
