  What a great business! My windshield was hit by a cardboard box that flew out of a Republic garbage truck. There was a 10inx3in mark left on my windshield. I couldn't wipe it off so thought it was damaged. Went to Gerber just to get their opinion. Blake came out and looked at it. He took it to the shop and was able to remove it then and there! No charge - just friendly service! That's the kind of company I really appreciate! Not just in it for the bucks but willing to help out when I didn't know what to do! Highly recommend!

  I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and since the vehicle came from another state, it did not have a front bracket. Gerber was one of the vendors authorized to put the bracket on. I called to schedule an appointment and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. When I had to reschedule to the bracket not arriving at my home in time, they were great to work with. I did have an email from Carvana to pay for the install, but Gerber didn’t bother with it since it only took five minutes to install. Even when I showed up, they were super friendly. I hope I don’t ever need their service, but if I do, I will give them a call.

  From telling me that my damaged bumper didn't come in with bumper clips so that's why they didn't put them on the new bumper. To them damaging the new bumper and telling them it was My fault even though you could see the damage in their repair photos. not all of damage being addressed after dropping it off twice. As well as other minor things like paint run they blame on the factory and them promising me that I would have a rental car waiting for me instead of having to spend the time to go pick it up. I would avoid dealing with this collision shop if at all possible. If you have to deal with them Make sure you record what they say to you in person and request all documentation to make sure they're honest with you.

  They were so friendly and listened to me and gave me great advice. I had some work done on my bumper , which they fixed very efficiently! I would recommend to everyone to bring their vehicles here!
