- MRMartin RochepeauOct 7, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. After a car rental in August, €200 was charged from my security deposit for damage that I dispute. The invoice contains incorrect information about the repairs, and the amount charged appears completely disproportionate to the actual damage. Despite several follow-ups, I have received no response and no supporting documentation to justify the charge. Non-existent customer service. I strongly advise against using this company.
- VMVladimir MihajicicOct 7, 20261.0Regular customer here - every time I get car where the oil service or inspection is overdue - worker there said "we do the service ourselfs" - who can guarantee me that? And thank you Antonio for ignoring my emails :)
