  Getting the car from Skopje airport was done smoothly by the official there but I was amazed that he gave me the key with the other neede dokuments without going with me to the parking, when I left the car, they said to me we would check the car later on and if there were problems with the car, we'd send you about them, this was not professional because checking should be at once. This was my experience with Alamo, Enterprise.

  Vyzvednutí auta v pořádku. Mladý kolektiv jak na pobočce tak při převzetí vše vysvětlil. Pokud v autě nekouříte a dotankujete, tak by neměl být žádný problém. Deposit do 3 dnů zpět. Taková je má zkušenost :)

  They stole 52CHF deposit from me, emails will never be responded and i cant get the deposit back. Booking.com will also do nothing, 25 Euros because i trusted them to take the car for 1 more day because my flight was canceled, so they asked me if i want to pay with credit card or be taken from the deposit, i paid 25 Euros with credit card and they kept my deposit saying that 25 euros for 1 extra day. Sad that i cant rate them less than 1 star. I have receipts and i will try to go to my bank and forcefuly take that money back.

  Very good choice for car rental. The staff is very helpful and willing and the cars they rent are as they say. They are beautifully clean and fully functional. Everything including the price is very satisfactory. I am attaching a photo of the car we rented. Suzuki Vitara.
