  I rented a car for 2 days (they even gave me a better car than the one I asked for), when I left it at the airport parking lot, there wasn't anybody waiting for me to inspect the car. I went to their office and they said "we are going to check the car later, basically we take pictures before and after, and if everything is alright we will return your deposit tonight", and keep in mind that they didn't asked me to sign anything before I left, I gave them the keys and it was done. I sent a couple of emails asking for the deposit but nobody answered. In the end I got my deposit back after 5 working days. That's my experience, they did their job, but they weren't professional about it.

  Stánek přímo v letišti, dají vám klíče a poslou na parkoviště naproti pro auto. Dostanete kartu pro otevření závory. Auto se vrací na stejné parkoviště musíte jen objet parkoviště dokola protože je to jednosměrka. Karta funguje i na závory při vjezdu K Letišti. Pouze odnesete klíče od auta zpátky. Neprobíhá kontrola vrácení doporučení udělat fotky. Depozit mi byl vrácen za tři dny.

  Getting the car from Skopje airport was done smoothly by the official there but I was amazed that he gave me the key with the other neede dokuments without going with me to the parking, when I left the car, they said to me we would check the car later on and if there were problems with the car, we'd send you about them, this was not professional because checking should be at once. This was my experience with Alamo, Enterprise.

  Vyzvednutí auta v pořádku. Mladý kolektiv jak na pobočce tak při převzetí vše vysvětlil. Pokud v autě nekouříte a dotankujete, tak by neměl být žádný problém. Deposit do 3 dnů zpět. Taková je má zkušenost :)

  I had a great experience. The car was new. The service was fast. No games. All very straight forward
