- TTTylerDec 16, 20251.0I ended up not getting my vehicle serviced at this location. Call my vehicle into the bank and stop add a point where the rear end was much higher than the front end. The car being at that angle would not allow the oil to drain completely. Micah the customer service representative got a cocky little condescending attitude with me when I told him I just wanted the oil change only. I know it's your job to try and sell more services generate more income for the company. If I don't want to waste my time talking about services I do not want that shouldn't be an issue. It didn't look like there was a year of experience between the three of them that were there.
