I am a 70 something widow, car spends most days in garage. 10/3/25 i went into quality with an intact car...came out with roof strip curled up & flapping in the wind. They say they can't prove the car wash took the roof trim piece off, as their video doesnt show whwther or not the car wash did this. cant do anything about it. Canceling my membership...going to take my business to Mister as there is nothing else that would have taken a trim piece off my roof, curled a roof trim piece up, immediately after a car wash!!!! It was the roof action at quality car wash. Not the honorable place i thought they were..., decided themselves NOT to turn a claim in based on a video that didnt show whether or not they roof brushes damaged my roof trim...dont go here!!!
- KTKayla TaylorNov 5, 20251.0Stop putting plastic on rear wipers. It's wasteful, unnecessary, and the back window doesn't get cleaned thoroughly. None of the other locations do this. If you must, then put it on quicker instead of waiting until it's too late for the driver to open the window and decline.
