  I came in on a Monday with no appointment made, and a very flat tire. The folks here immediatley spoke with me, were super kind & attentive, and took my car in to be looked at within 5 minutes. They informed me as to what the tires issue was, and offered me a repair at a fair price (despite my obvious lack of car knowledge). The new tire was ordered & came in within 2 days, and was replaced in 30 minutes! I’d definitely recommend this service center.

  Had a razor blade get stuck in my tire on a Sunday, saw Tuffy’s was a couple miles away and that they were open, so I rushed over before my tire was totally flat. It was a super busy Sunday and asked if they could squeak me in, but said I’d probably need a full tire replacement, and that they probably couldn’t get a tire for me until normal hours on Monday. I asked if it was alright if I changed to my spare in their lot, and they said they could get my car in their bay and get it swapped for me. Saved me the hassle and time of doing it myself. They sent me on my way and said it was for free and on the house. Experiences like this give you faith in humanity! I’ll definitely come back here and have them work on my vehicle in the future! Thanks to the guys at Tuffy Tire to get me back on the road on a busy Sunday afternoon!
