I’ve been here twice now and each time my car is still dirty and has streaks. Any other car wash would have done better for $12! Will not be returning.

I have the best wash they sell, ran my vehicle through a few days ago and the tailgate came out filthy. I drove back around and told them and they run it through again. Tailgate still filthy went back a third time and discussed it with manager Josh his response was to run a third time while he watched. Not surprisingly watching it did not clean the car and the tailgate came out dirty after the third run. Spoke with Josh some more and after several blank stares his only response was after he made some adjustments to run a fourth time. Not surprisingly the fourth time did not get it cleaned either. I asked for a pail of water and a rag and a young man that worked there finally provided me with one, he offered to clean it for me so he wiped the tailgate clean and we ran it through a fifth time and I was finally able to leave with a clean car after wasting a half hour of my time and getting blank stares from the manager Josh. Not impressed! I called corporate and they told me that if my car was too dirty then no their car wash is not going to get it clean and they're not going to do anything to help get it clean. Wiping it with a wet cloth or spraying it with water is a violation of company policy so in other words if your car is already half clean, Tommy's will help keep it half clean, if your car is dirty Tommy's will help keep it dirty too. They refuse to pre-wash and their car wash is incapable of getting your car clean without one. Time to find a new car wash. Update- Just received a call from corporate vice president who informed me that if my vehicle doesn't come clean there is NO PLAN to get it clean except to run it again and again regardless of how long that takes or whether it come clean or not. This is a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee not some unusually shaped vehicle. Customer service at its absolute best! So very sad in these times of take the customers money and run.

Omg!!!! I don't know his name but when I went there he was so friendly and so amazing! I haven't got the membership yet but I will.
This is the first car wash where I could smell everything and it smelled so clean and delicious. Going through the car wash was not only fun but easy as crap.
I felt like my car ACTUALLY got cleaned. Definitely recommend especially for customer service!

I find it hard to understand why this place would choose this particular location. There is another car wash just down the road and getting in and out of this business is a nightmare. It's located on a very busy corner with lots of traffic due to Sam's Club and McDonald's along with being on Michigan Ave which in itself is busy. Good luck turning left out of either exit. I could understand if the wash was superior to the other car wash down the road, but that's not true. It's the same or worse.

Oooo, boy I really did not want to have to do this. I was so sure I would be going to this wash for a long time considering I live and work very close by.
I have a '96 Corrola. It's in good shape for it's age, but has a couple scratches. I bought a pass here when they first opened and was so happy to not have to go to Zippy anymore. Then I noticed that about every other visit, my car would skitter forward after putting it in neutral. It was only a couple feet or so and I ignored it, thinking perhaps I hadn't put it in neutral quickly enough.
Last visit, I entered the tunnel, was instructed to put the car in neutral as usual, but when I did my car moved forward very quickly without warning. Before it was only a couple feet but this time I had to use my brakes. The wash stopped. The attendant came to my window and instructed me to reverse and try again. I did. I noticed my side mirrors were flipped which usually doesn't happen, but that's no big deal.
Upon getting home, I observed the outside of my vehicle and noticed new scratches along one side. I called and was told to come in anytime and file a claim. I thought, ok well they're not likely to approve any claim for my old beater, but I'd like to know why my car keeps "accelerating" in their tunnel.
I returned the next day and an attendant helped me file my claim. He was extremely nice, and also realistic about the fact my claim would likely not be approved because of my car's age and the ambiguity of the scratches. I thanked him for his help, but also asked, "assuming I am not accelerating my vehicle in the tunnel, what could be causing this?" He speculated that perhaps I was approaching the tunnel too quickly and should try slowing up a bit. I told him that was good to hear because I had no clue why it was happening and would have to cancel my pass if I couldn't be sure my car was safe to go through.
The matter was settled, or so I thought. Later that day I got an email from Erik. They were denying my claim. I was not shocked or upset. Until I read the part where he said that I had accelerated in the tunnel, therefore waiving any liability they may have had. I called him right away. I explained that while I was willing to agree to disagree about the scratches (a point he was not willing to let go and offered pointedly for me to come look at the videos and photos they took. I'm good on movie night, but thanks anyway, guy), I vehemently denied having done anything improper. Erik's tone was accusatory, so I tried explaining to him that I wasn't so much interested in the claim as I was figuring out why my car was going forward without me touching anything. Rather than help me determine if my car was safe to go through the wash, Erik refused to say anything that might imply their equipment malfunctioned. He claimed that "thousands of cars come through here and no one else had ever had that problem, so I'm not calling you a liar, but...."
I was flabbergasted! I had already read their terms and conditions beforehand and noticed they claim that if you are unsure if your car is safe to go through, you should ask someone at the wash to help you determine that. Well, I did and all they did was assign blame to me. I had to cancel my pass because I wasn't able to get an answer to why my car was being pushed forward in the tunnel. I told Erik that it was terrifying to be in that position and that it was lucky no cars were in front of me, but this did not concern him in the least.
I had been recommending this wash to all my employees and anyone who would listen, so I find it disappointing to have this kind of turn around of good faith.
