    I got a rental on Wednesday so there wasn't many options I had to wait for it to be cleaned. It smelled strongly of air freshener. Within a day of ac use the car started to reek of cigarettes. I called and they promptly switched me out into a new vehicle with no smell. The rental process is always easy and convenient pickup and drop off. Pickup takes around 10 mins if there's no customers in front of you drop off takes like 5 max.
