    Just had a set of tires put on my truck. I ordered them 11/7 and set up the appointment then. On 11/11 I showed up on time for my appointment, and they started work. About an hour later, I overheard a conversation by the staff, and realized they were talking about my tires. Because they didn't have them. Shipping delay. Seems like someone could have let me know that and reschedule before they blew a couple hours of my time. (OTOH, their alignment guy was terrific and showed me I'd need to tighten up the bearings for an alignment.) Went back today for a noon appointment. Three hours later, they finally had the tires on the truck. They said they were short staffed, but they managed to get a guy with a Mercedes in and out with new tires and an alignment while I was waiting. As in, he got there a half hour after me, and was done an hour before me. When I drop a thousand on new tires, I'd at least like equal treatment.

    I went in to replace two new tires. One employee hassled me about being 30 mins early for my appointment. They called me 30 minutes later and told me they didn't have the tires I ordered but had other tires in stock that fit and that my car was in the bay. Then told me it would take two hours to replace them. (With a scheduled appointment I might add. I called them in 3 hours because I hadn't heard from them. They kept me on hold for 20 mins and said they were trying to locate my car. They then said my car was in line. For a service I didn't ask for (John Carnes them told me that it is the ethical code to do the alignment) I further asked him why it was taking so long to do everything. Hey got an attitude and told me I can just come get my car right now if I didn't like it. He then told me it would take another hour to do that. They didn't call me to get my permission to do any other diagnosis. After he told me it's against their policy and ethics to send car out, I then asked him how much longer would it take for this alignment check. He put me back on hold for 20 mins, came back on the line and said it would take twenty more minutes. I told him don't worry about it and I'll come get my car like he said with an attitude. When I got there he tried to charge me $300 dollars more. After I questioned him he said "Oops! Wrong guy" I then paid my bill and had to walk to the back of the building and get my car. Once I got to my car. All my tires were dirty and looked used. This was then worst experience I've ever had. Keep in mind. I went to discount tire the day before for my other car and they did it all with an appointment in 40 mins. Tire replacement and alignment check. I will NEVER give them my money again. Tell everyone I know about this ridiculous staff and service.

    TOOK OVER 3 HOURS TO FIX A TIRE LEAK. Do not make an appointment here - go somewhere else if you value your time. The front desk will stare at their computers completely ignoring customers. Weird place.
