  Cold employees. They seemed annoyed and eager for me to leave the store. They were not very helpful.

  The 2nd time I had to use my battery charger to start my car I knew I needed it tested. Scott was super quick testing it without having to take it out of the car. He even installed the new one, no cost! Nice guy, super efficient, highly recommend this store.

  Such awful and miserable employees, would it hurt to say hello? Maybe be nice? Just cold and short and so unhelpful. Especially whoever the older man was working tonight. Reconsider your staff if you want happy customers

  I had the worst customer service ever. I am a 20 year old college student trying to fix my headlight and heard they would do it for me. I was told that is not a guarantee and that I “am a man and should know how to fix it myself” over and over again until I left the store. He had a snappy attitude with me the entire time. Never going back there and would love to see them move on from this older man

  I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had tonight in this store! ASHLEY B. treated me so bad I was crying, with regional on the phone overhearing all of it! Another person who worked there was totally shut down from helping me, and she flat out refused to switch out parts on brakepads I recieved that were NOT the correct item from another autozone much farther away, (and not my fault), leaving me stranded..(which I was told by corporate I could go to the closest autozone to switch, since my vehicle at this point is inoperable) She accused me of refusing a store credit I was never offered, then threatened to initiate a full refund on my credit card and charge me "whatever price they ring up". When I was trying to explain myself more clearly, She flat out walked away, leaving me standing there crying. I truly hope that regional reviews the security camera and listens to the phone call. An "assistant manager" should not behave so aggressive or choose her own policies cuz it's "her store". She just kept telling me I needed to go to the store that messed up, instead of taking the time to talk to regional or corporate to fix something that was not my fault. I think it might be helpful for her to be trained in what a corporation is, or not deal with customers at all! She made a multi-day problem into an unnececesary, embarrassing event instead of calmly handling it. Beware
