The part was ordered on October 13th, I called on October 23rd to see if the store has it. The lady that answered the phone was unhelpful and a bit short/rude with me. I went to the store on October 24th and the part was still not there. At least the gentleman that helped me on the 24th were helpful with getting my money back. I'll use Amazon from now on , Sorry AutoZone 😞

Tonight he went above and beyond to be kind and apologize for the treatment that brought me in in tears, from the washtenaw rd. location- (if you have a choice, drive over to MI. AVE) . WILLIAM took the time to talk with senior reps and figure out a fix. This location is always great! But tonight, it just proved the difference- good management and professional, employees who know car parts. Thankyou guys, I hope someone shows up for you when you need them like you did for me.
