I went for an oil change at Performance Plus Quick Oil Change and I now need a whole new engine!! They did not screw my oil plug in correctly so my engine is seized and they are trying to put the blame on Michigan weather 🙄. The same the happened with my grandma’s car, but we were able to catch her leak way earlier than mine!! Save yourselves the trouble of dealing with them because the general manager and district manager were very rude and did not take my mechanics word for anything!! 😢😢 The district manager went to look at my car even though the general manager did (and they both took pictures), and he gave a “critical” review on the damage my car sustained even though my mechanic never showed me any of that. Whole time though, the district manager isn’t even a LICENSED MECHANIC!! Will be going the legal route!!
