I brought my car in this morning for an interior cleaning, and waiting in line for an HOUR without anyone checking in on us to update us. If you have a fussy child, sitting and waiting around is not for the weak. This was a horrible experience, and a waste of our time to just sit here. I guess don’t come on Saturday mornings. Edit: just to give you a reference I had 80 miles left in my gas tank (I planned on filling up after) and I’m still sitting here and it went down to 45. That’s how long I’ve been sitting here in the bay waiting for these employees to get to their customers. This is INSANE.
