- GMGaladrea MarvinSep 25, 20251.0Wouldn't let these people touch my car with a 10ft pole. Got an oil change and noticed car leaking oil right after. Looked under the hood and everything was covered in oil including a giant puddle stuck on the plastic shield that covers the bottom of my car. They spilt a ton of oil while changing it and didnt even bother to say anything. I use my car for work and park in people's driveways daily. Most people don't appreciate oil spots. I've never had an issue before this oil change. Went back to oil place and they tried to tell me a hose was leaking even though my oil level was the exact same (there was a LOT of spilt oil). Cleaned everything up myself and magically my car stopped leaking oil onto people's driveways 🙄

I was told $89 plus theyre running a $25 off coupon. I thought great, thats a better deal than the last time I got an oil change. I get there and right as theyre about to start they tell me that they only carry my oil in the more expensive version which will now be $120. On top of that, they added a "shop charge" to tack on further hidden expense. Not only ended up paying significantly more than I was expecting, but more than any shop I talked to previously. Extremely disappointed

I popped the hood to check if everything was as it should. When I checked the oil it was a goopy muddy mess. I don't know what they did, but I won't even bring it back to find out because I don't trust this place. The one star they get from this review is about six stars too many.
