- KKKevin3 days ago1.0Not good. Sat in line for interior for almost 30 min. They have 4 crew. One who pretty much just stands there. Maybe more staff and it would go quicker.

Without hesitation she gave me some bandage material to help stop the bleeding. She was very professional and caring. I won’t go anywhere else for a car wash.

On February 5 at about 3:00 I came through the wash after getting the kids from school. All is well but then one of the brushes grabs my left wiper arm. I guess I hear it let back down on the car. I’m instantly upset. We go through. I don’t want to pull completely out of the wash but it’s busy. I quickly say something to one of the workers working the interior side. His communication was unclear and I already knew how I was feeling. I pullout and over to the side before pulling off property visibly upset as I’m checking the wiper arm and blade. The left arm is no longer in the position when entering the wash. I call a couple times and there’s no answer which I thought very odd. I called again and left a very thorough message. Of course I haven’t heard anything. We know they’re not responsible for broken parts when your vehicle is already damaged but what about when property is damaged due to the company’s equipment? I don’t think anything will be done. But this helps to get the frustration out of having my car damaged.
