I called to say something to them and they asked me if I was sure and how did I know. I know because my rear tires are one brand and my front tires are a different brand 🙄 how many other people are they doing this to but they might not know any better. The appointment was free but wasting my very limited time is what annoys me, now I have to go back and wait all over again because someone was lazy. Thanks.

It might have been longer but I got frustrated and told them give me my car. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not go back because of this otherwise I haven’t had any other problems with Belle tire before nor this location in the past. My suggestion is to either stop over booking appointment times or give a more accurate estimated wait times because I would have rescheduled or canceled my order

Which is ridiculous when you have an appointment but I just said okay and got food... came back at 1 1/2 hours and its now 2 1/2 hours later and still isn't done. A guy came in right in front of me in line and is already gone. If you have an appointment.... You should be first priority. I will not recommend or come here again.
