Needed a replacement mirror for my passenger side. I initially purchased the wrong one and Brandon helped me find the right part I needed. He was professional and easy to talk to. He even offered to walk me through on how to install it once I got the right part.

Give them a raise! They help me find a difficult part for a fair amount. Especially the manager was willing to go far beyond and go pickup a part for me! Best Auto Zone experience ever! Give this manager a raise because he is literally holding this store up also good staff deserve a raise also. Thanks a lot and blessings

Review for AutoZone Store #1961 – Dated 10/4/2025
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at AutoZone Store #196. I called ahead on 10/3/2025 to confirm that a part I needed was in stock. The person I spoke with assured me that it was available, so I went in the next day (yesterday) to pick it up.
When I arrived, I provided all the usual information at the counter, as I’ve done many times before. However, the staff member who initially helped me seemed disinterested and gave me a hard time. He checked the system briefly and said he couldn’t find anything. Then, he said he would be right back and he left. I assumed to search for the part, but instead, he began helping other customers and never returned to assist me.
I stood there at the counter waiting, while multiple staff, including the manager, walked by me several times without asking if I needed help. Eventually, a young man named Junior approached me and asked if I needed anything. I explained the situation to him, and in less than five minutes, he found the part and brought it to me. Junior was respectful, professional, and clearly the only one there who seemed to care about customer service.
I then asked to speak with the manager. At first, he refused to talk to me. I could hear him speaking with an employee nearby. Junior told him that I wanted a word with him and he told him no. When Junior returned, I commented on how surprised I was that a manager would refuse to address a customer issue, and after a while, the manager Wiley, changed his mind and came over. Unfortunately, instead of listening and addressing the issue, he doubled down. I explained how I was initially being helped, only to be ignored while the staff member assisted other customers.
Rather than acknowledging the poor service, Wiley questioned why I didn’t ask for help sooner — essentially blaming me for being left behind. I explained that I waited because I genuinely believed the original employee had gone to retrieve my part. Still, the manager continued with his dismissive and condescending attitude. His behavior only made the situation worse.
I want to be very clear: this is not just a one-off frustration. I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for years — both personally and for the fleet of vehicles I manage professionally. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store alone. But after today, I will never step foot in Store #1961 again, and I will not spend another penny with AutoZone — personally or professionally.
The vibe in the store made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was unwelcome. That feeling only grew stronger as the situation unfolded.
To the owner or district manager: if you’re willing to lose a loyal, paying customer without even addressing this issue, then by all means, let it go. But if you care about maintaining a reputation for fairness and good service, I strongly suggest you investigate what happened yesterday and take action.
I’ve already transferred my business — personal and fleet — to another supplier. They’ve welcomed me with respect and professionalism. It’s a shame AutoZone couldn’t do the same.
