  This place is the worst for changing the tires on my car. I had a terrible experience at this shop. After having my tires changed here, I discovered that all of my black rims were scratched. When I brought this to their attention, they promised to check the security footage to investigate, but it has been two months and I haven't heard anything back. I cannot recommend this place."

  Appreciate the kindness of the staff and the fact that they completed what was requested. However, the whole experience is turning into a frustrating experience and feel that future Subaru customers need to beware that they may get themselves into a bad situation. I was told I needed to travel to this specific shop since my particular vehicle has eyesight. Which I complied , recognizing that I needed my windshield replaced. After the job was done, I noticed my eyesight was still not working. They called me back, said that their computers can’t properly calibrate and said to come get my refund for the calibration. Now fast forward several weeks to having a dealership do the necessary work, I was informed since it’s not a “Subaru” windshield, the work may not even fix the issue and calibration may not work properly. If Belle Tire offers this service, why not replace the correct items in the first place? Not only did I have to travel to this particular place, I had to come back, wait for a dealership to become available to do the service, all to be told that Belle Tire didn’t use the correctly branded windshield. Overall disappointed in their glass division for dropping the ball on this and making the process more than what it should’ve been in the first place.

  The guys at Belle Tire worked me into their busy Saturday schedule while I was on a road trip and had a bad vibration on the freeway. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to do it, but Bailey took the issue seriously and welcomed me with an uncommon level of kindness. Many thanks to the tech(s) who resolved the problem and restored a smooth, safe ride for my family. We are so appreciative of the way they took care of us.

  My dad went in they told him he needed new breaks quoted him a ridiculous price we had him go to our mechanic that has been in business for over 30 years and quoted him almost 200 dollars less when he took it in our mechanic looked at it and told him his breaks have 80 percent break pad left he didn't even need them changed good for you guys for trying to rip am elderly man on social security off.
