  Mediocre experience. Staffs friendly. They do send you text messages to update you about the progress on your vehicle, but those text messages are not always accurate. My vehicle was almost 3 weeks behind schedule. As far as the quality of work. It doesn't look bad. There are some spots that I think they could have done better and I also have a questionable scratch that wasn't there when I turned the car in. I don't think taking your car here will result in a terrible experience, but if I had to do this again, I would probably go somewhere else.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Have had my vehicle for over two months keep changing the estimated pickup day same day an hour before the time for pickup. Also they send updated text messages about the progress of your vehicle but when you call they will tell you something completely different than the text update. Anthony unfortunately did not help resolve these issues at all aswell at Dixie had no knowledge as to what they coukd be changing my pickup date for. Never will I ever use this shop or “Gerber” shops at all now.

  I had to bring my car in for some bumper damage (scratched paint) and to get some plastic bumper pieces replaced. First time they told me it would take 4-5 days, I got it back in 2 weeks. When I went to pick up my car thank god I checked it because they didn’t replace the pieces they pointed out and said they wanted to fix and they decided to paint right over the scratches rather than filling them in. I told them I wasn’t happy and they informed me they would order the part. They then asked me to not fill out a survey or review until I let them fix their work. The part took about 2 weeks to come in and I was PROMISED (their words not mine) that I would have it back by the 4th. Thats 3 days. I asked will I actually get it back by the 4th or are you going to have it for 2 weeks again and they said they guarantee because it’s going to be “top priority” and “won’t be sitting waiting a week to be painted”. Today is the 5th and I called so see the status, to which I was informed that their tech will be in later and would be starting to put it together. I reminded them my car was supposed to be ready yesterday and he said yeah we’ll call you. Not feeling great about what the state of my car is going to be and if it’s even going to be fixed this time. OH YEAH and when they mess up you still have to pay the whole bill before they fix anything, or you have to be without your car for however long until the part comes in.

  Never have I ever.... had such an amazing experience with a collision company. From tow at site all the way to finish I was pleasantly surprised. They contacted me at least twice a week during the whole process. They did such a great job on my Chrysler. Not only did they do such a fantastic job on the body she was even detailed when I picked her up. No bull just honest business. I will be recommending Gerber over and over.
