- STSteve TNov 5, 20253.0Mediocre experience. Staffs friendly. They do send you text messages to update you about the progress on your vehicle, but those text messages are not always accurate. My vehicle was almost 3 weeks behind schedule. As far as the quality of work. It doesn't look bad. There are some spots that I think they could have done better and I also have a questionable scratch that wasn't there when I turned the car in. I don't think taking your car here will result in a terrible experience, but if I had to do this again, I would probably go somewhere else.
- BLBlake LopezSep 5, 20251.0HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Have had my vehicle for over two months keep changing the estimated pickup day same day an hour before the time for pickup. Also they send updated text messages about the progress of your vehicle but when you call they will tell you something completely different than the text update. Anthony unfortunately did not help resolve these issues at all aswell at Dixie had no knowledge as to what they coukd be changing my pickup date for. Never will I ever use this shop or “Gerber” shops at all now.
