I came in store last week to reserve an SUV for my wife's birthday trip. They didn't have any of that type of car and the manager, Alec, was incredibly rude about it. He suggested if I had arrived earlier I may have been able to get that car (What is the point of a reservation?) and also told me I could come back later in the afternoon if that's the car I wanted.

Employees go above and beyond as I witnessed them handling simultaneous requests (solely) such as answering the calls, dealing with the customers standing in the line and handling returns. Keep it up guys 👏. Although I am an Emerald Executive at National, going forward this location would be my favorite as well.

Jake was able to put me in a car that was perfect. From the initial call to turning the car in the staff at Woodhaven Enterprise Rental were amazing.
