Requiring drivers to pay for parking etc when they use their services primarily and then want to take away your points for the privilege to park 🤣 I don't wonder why Pilot Flying J is losing customers when their system is clearly geared to costing them the least possible. Love's and TA/Petro/BP understands that they must invest in the driver's experience to keep them coming to their locations. Pilot has entirely turned me off from their locations. So much so that I fuel up at QT instead of PFJ's. Especially since they haven't been giving me fuel discounts on my fuel lately!
