I needed a GM vehicle (GM employee traveling to a GM location in Canada and Lansing) and the team made sure it happened! They were more than pleasant and made my experience quick and great! Would highly recommend in customer service alone…no joke! I could’ve gone to the airport but would prefer to do closer to my home. This is the second time I used this location and both experiences have been great. This time I required the GM vehicle and your team delivered!!!

If you drop your rental car off after hours then you have to walk across a busy street. The employees also have to park there and walk. It would seem prudent to look into parking solutions on the same side of the road

I have tried all or the other car rental companies. And they don’t hold a candle to enterprise. There are no hidden surprises. They explain everything clearly upfront. So you always know the exact cost. And what to expect. I won’t use anyone else when it comes to car and truck rentals. They are number 1.
