You will not be able to reach anyone at any location you will get zero answers and zero accountability will be taken by everyone you speak with. Thats only if you are able to speak with anyone. I reserved a convertable for my sons homecoming weeks in advance and when i arrived they told me that there was a recall on all the convertables 3 days ago. I was given no phone call or email and the staff genuinely didnt give an ounce of concern. It was a minor issue involving the recall i later found out from the customer service number after hours of prying. So they could have fulfilled the final reservation and then sent the vehicles back. After i was told they didnt have a convertable they told me they found a jeep wrangler where the top comes off at the southgate location. So i drive to the southgate location and they dont have one and claim they dont know why it would show they do. But i later found out that wasnt true from the customer service number. I was told they could also see the wrangler available in the system so they werent doing their job properly. So the southgate location told me they found a convertable at the southfield location which is another 30 mins away after driving 18 mins to southgate. I need the vehicle this very day mind you in a matter of hours. So i ask if they can call the southfileld location to make sure they have the car so i dont waste my time. They tell me they cant directly reach the location. So i call the customer service number and ask them if i can get a direct line to the southfield location or if they can call for me given the circumstances. They tell me no. It is absolutely 100% unjustifiable that a location of a company cannot be reached by a member of the same company. So i drive out to southfield and what do you know? They dont have the vehicle. They tell me the vehicle was totaled out last week so it shouldnt show up available, which again was a lie. So i call the customer service line and request to speak with a manager or their superior and was told i can fill out a form which will get me a call back. Which was a lie bc i have not received any phone call. Save yourself alot of trouble and dont waste your time with this company.
