We had a great experience with Patrick at General RV during our demo/walk-thru. He was incredibly thorough, patient with all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we were comfortable and confident with every detail before we left.
Also want to give a big shout out to our salesman Mark Arabo from the Birch Run store, who sold us our camper at the RV show. He was fantastic to work with and made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

Everyone that my husband and I dealt with were great. From Adam who took us to see the camper and the trade ins, to Anita making sure everything was good for Saturday, Tennielle showing us the ins and outs of the camper and Phyllis for getting all of the paperwork and financing together. We appreciate all of you! Can't wait to do our first camping trip in our new camper.

The worst place to buy your RV the first time you walk in to the place the tried you like a king after you walk away from there and you need to come back for some type of service of your RV they will charge you like crazy and don't buy any extra guaranteed because you will never going to be able to used that’s how they work. I will never ever will buy anything from there I will make sure I tell everyone that GENERAL RV WIXON IS THE WORSE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I recently visited this dealership to look at trailers, but the experience was disappointing. The sales staff was very pushy; I wasn't even able to look at the inventory without being forced to speak with a salesperson first. They insisted on taking my name and phone number before showing me anything, and even then, they would only show me what they wanted to sell rather than what I was actually looking for. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you prefer a low-pressure shopping experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and their finance department.
I was put into a 180-month loan and sold GAP insurance at the same time. What was never clearly explained to me is that the GAP coverage only applies up to 120 months. Because of this mismatch, when my vehicle was totaled, the GAP provider calculated the payoff based on a shorter term than my actual loan — leaving me responsible for thousands of dollars out of pocket.
At no point during signing was it clearly explained that I would be unprotected for a large portion of the loan term. Like most customers, I relied on the dealership’s finance team to structure the deal properly and make sure the products being sold actually worked together.
When I brought this issue back to them, I was told “that’s just how GAP works” and that there was nothing they could do. That’s not an acceptable answer when the deal was set up this way in the first place.
I would strongly caution anyone financing through this dealership to:
• Carefully review loan terms vs GAP coverage
• Ask direct questions about coverage limits
• Not assume the finance office is setting things up in your best interest
This situation could have been avoided with proper disclosure or by structuring the deal correctly.
Very frustrating experience.
