  The customer service provided was above and beyond. From my first phone call to talk about truck rentals, picking up the truck, and dropping off the truck, Emma answered all questions, helped immensely decide the size of vehicle needed and was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. When picking up the truck both Emma and Braeden were very welcoming, friendly and helpful again. The lobby was very clean, warm, and inviting for customers. I was shown the truck, made sure I knew about the vehicle which was very clean and ready to go. I can’t Thank Emma enough for making this such a seamless and great experience. I will always use Enterprise in the future and refer Enterprise to everyone I talk to that may potentially be needing a rental. Thank you again!

  The location tried to accommodate my time change, but the truck had not been returned. Lesson learned, reserve the truck earlier then needed.
