  I was completely happy with my rental vehicle from Enterprise. It was clean and well cared for. Brittany was very helpful and attentive. I cannot say the same for the Budget rental vehicle that I had earlier in the week.

  Do not trust that they will pick you up. I called the day before to confirm that they would pick me up. They said yes, then screwed me the next morning by saying 'we do not have a driver'. You can not count on Enterprise.

  The selection process online was easy and straightforward. The front desk person was able to help me rather quickly. The checkout process to get the vehicle was quick, especially with the tablets the worker had to check me out outside. When I arrived to return the vehicle, the worker was able to check me out and review the car's condition with me outside. It was all straightforward and quick. I was very satisfied with the experience. The associates were all friendly and helpful. I will be back the next time I need to rent a vehicle.

  The reason for this rating is for the promise that the manager of this location would not fulfill. I had rented last year and I had issue with the rental car and the location would not agree to give me a clean car and I had to take what they gave because I was in rush. Very poorly maintained car was given. So, the manager had promised 3 free rental days that I can message him and get them reserved with him. I am trying to contact the manager and he is not replying back to my calls, test and direct email. When I called the location and spoke to the agent, they said that I should wait for him to reply and it is more than 3 weeks I am trying to reach him.
